This is a permanent role for a main contractor in Singapore. Position is based in headquarters office.

• Develop and maintain project schedules in consultation with the project team
• Coordinate and obtain inputs from project team, contractors and suppliers to support the development of project programs
• Prepare baseline schedule which includes resources and cost loadings
• Work on progress forecast and prepare rolling program
• Update, track and report project progress against planned schedule
• Monitor and control progress to make sure that turnover and cost is in line with master construction program
• Ensure material submission and approval
• Ensure project orders and deliveries are in accordance to agreed schedules

Requirements

• Degree in Building Construction Management / Civil Engineering or equivalent

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory

Job Description

• Preparation of site, set up site office, store and project signboard
• Make arrangement for preliminary works; (eg cable detection by LEW, trial hole, urvey setting out, etc)
• Control on the sub con workmanship and quality of works.
• Planning for materials ordering in advance.
• Comply and practice the company procedure/objectives
• Compile materials for approval
• Ensure and responsible for all safety and compliance of work on site
• Manage project site for necessary tests/ inspections, prepare site office documents and submissions.
• Coordinate and resolve site issues with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, Clients and Authorities through meetings and/or correspondence
• Manage the project site and ensure timely completion

Requirements

• Diploma in Construction/ Building Management/ Facilities Management and/or Equivalent and/or higher qualifications.
• Relevant past experience in RR and A&A industries.
• Skills and Knowledge: Preferably literate and bilingual for English and Mandarin.
• Preferably possessed Class 3 license.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to work as a team.
• With PC knowledge such as, MS Excel/Words/Power Points/Projects.
