Major Duties & Responsibilities

(A) Specific :

• Supervise and manage project (R&R / NRP) works.
• Liaise and co-ordinate with Clients, Consultants and Vendors on all project matters.
• Be a lead contact point for any and all matters specific to the Clients for the projects that you are in-charge of.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship and meet Client’s satisfaction.
• Plan all activities to ensure that it is adequate for Clients, products and system conformance.
• Engage and oversee all project work to ensure successful completion as well as hand over to the Clients.

(B) General :

Job Requirements

(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :

• Diploma or Nitec in Building / Certificate in Civil & Structural Engineering or related field.
• Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.

(B) Knowledge & Skills :

• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• PC literate and knowledge in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project)

• The day-to-day media buying for the agency

Job Description:

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projects.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with sales managers and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
• Review deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or other relevant.
• 3 years' experience in related project executions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proactive and responsible.
• Good communication & organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Well natured and a constructive team player.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the successful completion of the assigned project, ensuring both documentation and operational tasks are efficiently handled.
• Attend site meetings with the main contractor as needed, addressing site-related issues and providing updates to the Directors.
• Develop and monitor the site work schedule, ensuring timely progress in line with project milestones.
• Collaborate with office staff to prepare monthly progress claims, payment certificates, and other related documentation.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to approved plans, drawings, and contract specifications.
• Manage and review the performance of teams on a monthly basis.
• Prepare method statements for specific tasks as required.
• Manage and track all materials and equipment delivered to the site.
• Organize and maintain an up-to-date worker organizational chart for both company employees and supply workers.
• Manage workers' schedules, ensuring efficient time usage and minimizing unnecessary overtime. Overtime work must receive prior approval from the Managing Director.
• Prepare and manage the site tools sign-in/out log.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Managing Director.

Requirements:

• A Degree or Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the industry.
• Strong communication skills and leadership abilities to effectively manage project teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Able to commit to a six-day workweek.
