Role & Responsibilities:

• Minimum 5 years of expereince as Project Coordinator.
• Provide comprehensive project administrative support, including scheduling meetings, minutes-taking and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track project progress to ensure timely delivery of solutions while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to address queries, track progress and ensure project requirements are met.
• Proven experience in business management and operations. Preferred experience within a technology function of financial services firm.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Project management experience, demonstrating the ability to lead cross-functional teams to successful project completion.
• In-depth knowledge of technology areas such as infrastructure and platform services, service management.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software for strategic decision support.
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and JIRA.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring timely invoicing, cost reconciliation, and budget tracking.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including resource utilization reports, project schedules and status updates.
• Ensure project closure procedures are followed, including archiving and maintaining documentation.
• Monitor unassigned incidents or SRs and ensure they are acknowledged as per SLAs.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other web technologies is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for managing Projects across both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring that all projects meet the milestones set. This role manages the entire lifecycle of projects, from post pre-sales stage, to pre-deployment setup of devices and to operationalization on-site.

• Manage relationships with Clients and External vendors while also leading internal teams to meet project priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Work closely with stakeholders to capture data requirements and document them into actionable project plans for internal teams.Clearly define Goals and scope of the project
  creating plans, milestones and managing resource allocation efficiently
• Assist with Pre-Deployment setup; preparation of device software after hardware assembly.
• Track and report on project outcomes, including reviews on devices' performance post-deployment for each project.
• Lead UATs and feedback loops with stakeholders, coordinating with both clients and internal teams for adjustments and refinements as needed

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management or other related disciplines.
• 2 years experience in Project Management in the Tech / Healthcare Industry (Fresh Grads are welcome to apply too)
• Experience with working in Linux OS environment and Edge devices.
• Basic programming skills preferred (Bash scripting, python, C++)
• Good communication skills and familiarity on liasing with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver projects in time.
• Experience working in the Med-tech industry will be a plus
• Good to have technical knowledge of AI Computer vision / Machine Learning
