Responsible for overseeing Automated People Mover System Project by performing effective Project Management including effective cost, time and quality control, manpower planning by cooperating with Project Manager;

Interfaces with multiple project stakeholders including Japan Office to ensure smooth execution of project.

• Leading project planning sessions
• Transportation infrastructure and construction, for Automated People Mover System.
• Daily reporting and communication in Japanese with Japan Office.

Job requirement

• Degree in Engineering or minimum 3 years’ of project management experience

• Excellent Japanese Language skills (JLPT N1 or equivalent level) in both business writings & speaking to coordinate & communicate precise information with Japanese stakeholders in the APAC region / counterparts in Japan HQ.
• Experience in negotiation for contract terms
• Technical skill to utilize Primavera P6, which is software for project management, to lead the regular progress update and the contractual negotiation arrangement such as extension of time.
• Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with multiple stakeholders including superiors, colleagues, contracted staff and individuals both inside and outside the organization

• Provide technical leadership on architectural design matters.

Roles & Responsibilities

Organize and Co-ordinate Resources

Organize and co-ordinate the resources required to successfully deliver project based on program, procurement tracker and method statements including:

· Site staff and specialist workers

· Sub-contractors and sub-contract labour hire

· Internal Plant & Equipment and External Hired Plant

· Material supply

Project Management

Oversee work on site in conjunction with Project Engineer and/or Works Manager to successfully complete project, taking responsibility for quality, productivity and completion time for the project.

· Management of site work force

· Site Co-ordination of materials

· Management Plant on site

· Responsible for effective mobilization and demobilization

· Manage data analysis of cost/budget, operational efficiency

· Manage improvements in operational aspects of labour, plant and procedures

Plan work sequence, develop detailed programs, procurement tracker and methodology

Project Compliance and Reporting

Ensure company policies and processes are followed and implemented, with particular attention to:
