We employ talent from a wide range of backgrounds, though typically you should have a degree in a relevant field, and/or around three to ten years’ experience in design, construction, project management in interior fit-out projects for multinational clients. It would be excellent if you have a strong background in all aspects of interior fit-out management—including management on schedule, quality, cost and risk management, and negotiation, to name a few. Your expertise in surveying a client’s basic needs, completing commercial assessments, and preparing PM proposals will also be put to the test. • Manage the overall delivery of the infrastructure project on or ahead of time with all client expectations met.
• Assign resources to deliver the works within budget, time, quality and regulatory standards, monitor and guide workflow, setting daily, weekly and long-term project goals.
