Job Responsibilities:

· Assisting to develop, maintain and update the meeting schedule to ensure timely organisation of events.

· Reserve meeting rooms and gather agendas to facilitate productive discussions.

· Coordinate Organisational Development (OD) engagements by managing logistics and ensuring seamless execution.

· Generate and consolidate monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to the existing dashboard for tracking and analysis.
