Qualifications

· Minimum ITE Certificate

· Proven experience as a Project Manager in a relevant industry.

· Expected salary: $2,000 - $8,500 per month (Project incentive or commission can be discussed)

The responsibilities of the Project / Contract Manager:

· Provide comprehensive contract review and guidance, including scope assessment and cost.

· Manage all aspects of project documentation, including tender bidding, progress reports, and settlement.

· Oversee work-in-progress monitoring, prepare reports, and certify progress claims for timely project execution.

· Handle variation requests, assess cost changes, and substantiate claims for additions or omissions.

· Resolve contractual disputes amicably with internal and external stakeholders, liaising with legal counsel when necessary.

· Drive risk identification and management processes, defending claims and facilitating dispute resolutions.

· Promote best practices in contract management and project execution to optimize outcomes.

Requirements:

· Minimum Degree in relevant field

· Minimum 5 years of contract management experience

· Knowledge in PSSCOC and Singapore Commercial Law

· Experience in Quantity Surveyor will be added advantage

· Manage realization of standard product R&D projects (full functional and commercial responsibility)

· Coordinate and ensure clear and effective communication with various departments (R&D, SCM, PM, Production etc)

· Fulfill marketing functional specifications, stay within assigned cost budgets and milestones

· Lead diverse internal and external cross functional project teams

· Manage and coordinate all project stakeholders (incl. international product management, suppliers of sub-systems, production, etc.)

· Continuous cost, quality, schedule, scope, technical performance, customer satisfaction and risk controlling

· Lead and facilitate sprint reviews and/or stand up meetings to coordinate across organization and ensure progress accordance to plans
