The Facilities Management team is responsible for ensuring that our buildings and facilities support the empowerment and inclusion of our users. Critical Work Functions

Implementation of safety policies and initiatives to ensure a conducive and Safe Environment for Users

• Develop and implement preventive/corrective maintenance programs for M&E installations
• Develop and implement fire emergency plan, fire safety audit, maintenance plan for security surveillance systems and carpark facilities to achieve highest standard of safety and security

• Follow up and investigate incidents or complaints relating to fire safety and security in RC campuses and properties

4) Feedstock Supply (example C8)

• Feedstock supply and communicate with Octene-1 suppliers to secure and maintain the required quantity of Octnene-1 for production, solve the quality matter

5) Market Intelligence and Meet customer specifications and expectation

• Market Intelligence – gather and analyse information for better decision-making and to guide competitive strategy around market opportunity, penetration, and development.
• Ensure high quality of finished product in order to meet customer specifications and expectation.
• Resolve all issues in planning procedures and analyse activities to ensure compliance to finished product quality and service regulations

6) Protocol Design & Integration of Flows in Supply Chain

• Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data.
• Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.
• Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects to increase efficiency and reduce costs (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning and etc).
• Analyze the freight forwards and transportation cost to set best route and rate.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical engineering or Chemistry or other similar engineering

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning and Management
