MAIN PURPOSE

MPS Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP Business One Project Manager to lead the implementation and customization of ERP solutions for our clients in Johor, Malaysia. This role is critical to supporting MPS’s expansion in Malaysia and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end SAP Business One implementation projects, including planning, execution, and post-go-live support.
• Liaise with clients to gather requirements and define project scope and deliverables.
• Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Customize and configure SAP Business One modules to meet client-specific needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
• Provide training to client teams and offer post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with McLink’s ERP offerings.

Eligibility:

• Singapore Citizen or PR (preferably Malaysians).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Business One implementation and project management.
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows, financial modules, and business process automation.
• Certification in SAP Business One or PMP is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.

Working Timing: 9am - 6pm

Starting Salary: $2500 - $3300 + Comm

Responsibilities & Duties

Job scope:

• • Acquire new customer base via cold calling, emailing, and networking
• • Identify and develop potential business opportunities, locally and overseas
• • Make strategic plans by industry and accounts
• • Make sales presentation to customers’ onsite/offsite
• • Develop and execute advertising & promotion strategies
• • Customize products/packages with Strategic Partners to meet customer’s needs
• • Generate sales report

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• • Diploma and above in any field
• • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in media sales
• • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word & Excel)
