• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

In this role, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of mission-critical Java applications. Roles & Responsibilities

User support

• Analyze complex user problems/issues and propose workarounds until they are fixed
• Formalize the reports of anomalies to be corrected by the development team
• Assist the business users to set up their screens and make optimal use of the functionalities
• Promote new features and participate in change management
• Write documentation for user

Business analysis

• Collect and analyze the business requirements on complex or spanning issues
• Formalize the functional specifications that will be sent to the development team

• Being the interlocutor of the development teams

Testing

Technical Operation

• Drive Business Development Operations Attend Tender site show rounds, prepare sales quotations/proposals and pitch presentations to potential clients

• Review tender opportunities via various media platforms and portals

• Meet and exceed sales revenue targets

• Maximise and deliver gross margins

• Collaborate with key account managers to identify new business opportunities and grow relationships that assist in revenue generation
