Job Scope:

ICT Support

• Support HOD ICT in handling day-to-day ICT services.
• Support HOD ICT in ICT Project implementation, vendors’ management and contracts management for MOE and school-initiated projects.
• Assist HOD ICT in ensuring MOE policies, guidelines and standards are adhered.
• Manage the update and design of School website (IsomerCMS/WordPress/Swiiit).

• Create multimedia content/ modules for ICT lessons based on HOD ICT instructions.
• Infuse Digital Literacy in the design of the Teaching & Learning Curriculum for students.
• Organize multimedia contents for ICT lessons based on MOE ICT Standards
• Assist the HOD ICT in sourcing and liaising with ICT vendors/contractors for ICT Equipment and Services based on the School’s requirements, relative to ICT support and training.
• Organize and conduct ICT Training / Awareness and Usage Briefings for school staff on ICT implementations.
• Scan and implement new technology tools that support teaching and learning.

Other Duties

• Take photos and videos during important school activities / functions. Preferably proficient with Full frame DSLR Camera.
• Coordinate and oversee daily AVA setup for school and morning assembly.
• Able to film and create videos for school events
• Able to do video live-stream for major school events

Reporting to the Chief Corporate Development Officer & Head, Project Management Office, the Project Management Manager (Manager, Project Management Office) will have the following responsibilities:

• Set and reinforce the vision for our Project Management Office in HQ

• Build and maintain the Project Management Office’s South Korea processes. Manage, together with the South Korea-based team, projects in Korea using the Group’s framework – adapting it to make it work. Supporting at project inception, project planning, project execution, and project closure.

• Increase Gurin’s ability to safely deliver projects in South Korea with speed, and with a strong, data-driven emphasis on metrics that drive the organisation.

• Coordinate the company’s projects in South Korea with functional experts (e.g. Operations, ESG, Legal, Finance, Strategy), contractors, partners and other stakeholders.

• Proactively flag risks and potential blockers, and determine path to mitigation / resolution / escalation.

• Ensure project compliance with all Gurīn processes and policies, contract terms and local laws.

• Communicate project progress to management

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Korean.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Excellent communcation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate concepts effectively to stakeholders.
• Experience in relevant project management leadership roles.
• Experience in developing and deploying Project Management processes and tools, and continuously improving them.
• At least 5 years experience working with Solar, Wind or BESS projects in South Korea.

The Project Manager Officer is primarily responsible for managing projects for Singapore Branch. He/She assists the Commercial Banking Head and Chief Executive to formulate the Business Recovery Plan and ensuring that projects and activities of the branch support business priorities.

Duties & Responsibilities

Project Management

· Responsible for a portfolio of process enhancement, product development, or process automation projects

· Prepare a detailed project plan outlining key milestone, workstreams, and activities; manage project delivery according to this plan

· Track project progress and provide regular reports on status to the project team and key stakeholders.

· Manage and adjust for changes in project priority, scope, schedule, and budget.

· Identify, escalate and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.

· Oversee communication and relationships with project stakeholders

· Collaborate with MIS and Finance to support Center Heads in monitoring, tracking and analyzing individual and team important metrics.

· Facilitate discussions between RMs/ARMs and support partners in clarification/resolution of business issues (e.g. payment/AML queries).

· Facilitate readiness and participation in business contingency planning (BCP).

Business analyst Build & change management • Analyze enhancement and propose solutions in collaboration with Architects, developers and business stakeholders. • Specifications, workload estimates, planning, test scenarios, release documentation. • Coordinate user acceptance tests. • Monthly releases, following the team’s milestones for analysis, coding and testing. • Support the release roadmap in production. • Incidents and Requests management (business users and other IT teams) • Troubleshoot and fix issues/bugs. Qualifications and Profile • Experience as front office post trade business analyst or as a Calypso business analyst. • Experience on Front Office or Back Office systems (In-house or third party systems) • Understanding of financial assets and trade lifecycle particularly Fixed income and money market products in their many forms, knowledge of risk management concepts and market data. • Experience in interfacing Front Office or Back Office systems with external systems. • Hands-on experience in implementation projects. • AGILE track record. The candidate should have analytical and problem solving skills, a pro-active mind-set, and proven ability to work individually under pressure. Team player with good interpersonal skills. Very good communication skills and keen to work with business users.
