Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Responsible and track the quality, scope, timeline, effort (co-related to estimation, CR’s, complexity), resources (includes GTO, business, contractor, Professional Services resources as well as operations).
• Develop and execute the overall project plan and analyze project proposals which impacts the schedule and budget variance which in turn contribute to meeting the overall objectives of the project.
• Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required activities and tasks.

Stakeholder Management

• Work hand in hand with Business Project Managers to manage project stakeholders and relationships e.g. escalation, expectation, conflict, scope changes, etc. Ensure teams work in a collaborative environment.

Scope Management

• Manage all changes to the agreed scope of work Review and assess all changes and impact to timeline and ensure all changes are approved by PSC.

Project Governance

• Prepare investment approval deck and manage approval of project by Investment board. Organize and facilitate PSC meetings, chair PWC meetings.

Risk and Issue Management

• Manage overall project risk, track risk aging, work through escalations, change governance and related issues. Implement the risk mitigation plans.

Requirement:

• Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum.
• Experience in banking, PDPA Singapore, Personally Identifiable Information Protection, and regulatory projects is mandatory.
• Strong and proven Stakeholder Management skills, problem solving skills and can-do attitude.
• Ability to quickly pick up and undertake necessary steps to fulfil internal procedures/processes in accordance with compliance and governance framework.
• Ability to steer stakeholders to the common goal of project scope to ensure time, cost, and scope are well maintained.

• Overseeing projects from beginning to end

• Work with external parties and customers to plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with assigned projects
• Establish project objectives policies, procedures, and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications
• Coordinate with engineering staff to discuss such matters as work procedures, scope-and -scheduling and work sequence, project-specific safety plans, etc.
• Initiate and maintain liaison with concerned parties and other contacts to facilitate project activities
• Monitor and control project site activities to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget
• Develop project schedules in compliance with customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop mechanisms to track schedule progress in the field; and update the schedule regularly
• Able to manage an ELV project independently
• Provide close monitoring and support (including hands-on if necessary) of project/site staff to ensure smooth and effective operation
• Ensure timely completion of all projects
• Monitor, review and manage operational costs and responsible for financial performance of projects
• Responsible for project management including attending meetings, coordination and supervision works
• Liaise with consultants, architects and contractors and handle all technical matters
• Must have relevant experience in one of the following ELV fields, Security, Access Control System

Key Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• A self-starter, comfortable working independently and taking a high level of responsibility

1. Assist project manager with day to day on-site monitoring, project implementation and scheduling.

2. To schedule, co-ordinate, implement and manage projects- in part or wholly- to ensure timely work progress, goods or services delivery on schedule, while taking into account the budgeted qualities and cost.

3.Ensuring that work is carried out according to approved plans, regulations and contract specifications.

4. Accountable for the safety and quality of the project.

5.Conduct project progress meetings, as well as reviewing schedules.

6.Manage the project team’s training.

7.Liaising with consultants and sub-contractors.

8.Prepare method statement, proposal, test plan, acceptance plan and timeline schedule in collaboration with the Project Manager as the case may require.

Job Description & Requirements

· Plan, execute, monitor and control project as per contractual requirements.

· Liaison with the User, consultants & Authorities on project matters.

· Ensure smooth implementation of work progress so project can be completed on time, within budget and meet contractual & safety standards.

· Manage suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure compliance in terms of QEHS, schedule and cost.

· Monitor construction productivity and provide recommendations for improvement to works.

· Preparation of site progress report and necessary documentation.

· Ensure that all project documentation including emails exchanges are maintained properly.

· Report to top management periodically on status/progress of the project.

· Any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Degree in Building or Civil Engineering (recognised by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore).

Minimum 8 Years Experience in similar capacity.

· Able to work independently and lead project team.

· Proficient in Microsoft Project and other Microsoft office software.
