The Duty Manager works under the supervision of the Acting Assistant Front Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office including night shift if applicable, ensuring the smooth delivery of exceptional services to property's guests/customers. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting to Management

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Accountant in a mid-sized organisation. Ship management experience is an advantage, but not essential.

• Good working knowledge of Singapore and International Financial Reporting Standards
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

You will work closely with the Property Manager to provide excellent support to estate residents in executing daily estate inspections to ensure high quality standard of horticultural, maintenance and implement improvement works, including but not limited to the following:

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management Services / Estate Management / Building Maintenance / Engineering or related fields with preferably minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Experienced in Township management will be an added advantage.
