• Able to interpret civil, structural drawings and details
• Lead, coordinate and mange civil & structure of the project
• To lead the C&S Team in planning and execution of day – to – day operations

• Liaise with local authorities on requirements and compliance
• Lead and coordinate with Consultants’ team in implementing project
• Assist QP in carrying out project supervision

Requirements:

• Possess good design and detailing skills
• Proficient in Autocad, SketchUp, Revit and/or ArchiCad
• Familiar with local codes and regulations
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadline
• Degree in Architecture from a university recognized by BOA
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in public housing
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
