Job Requirements

(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :

• Diploma or Nitec in Building / Certificate in Civil & Structural Engineering or related field.
• Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.

(B) Knowledge & Skills :

• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• PC literate and knowledge in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project)
• Positive and good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• A good team player and willing to be stationed at the site office.
• Possess a Singapore Class 3 driving license.

(C) Experience :

• Preferably 2 years working experience in Building Construction Industry.

· Assist Sales / project team in Technical and Engineering support

· To execute Sales/project coordination and report to Sales/Project Engineer

· To execute production order and co-ordination with internal department and customers

· Liaise with customers on technical analysis, engineering calculation and submission

· Troubleshoot and able to service electronic / mechanical faults on equipment.

· Ensure all work complies with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute the project to specifications, budget and time scale.
• Establish and/or approve project objectives in conjunction with the Director.
• Co-ordinate with other departments on issues relating to the project.
• Liaise and co-ordinate with the Client / Engineer and their representatives on issues affecting the project.
• Identify training needs of project staff and arrange to provide appropriate training including training at site.
• Review material quotations and subcontract quotations.
• Approve material requisitions for the project within his limits of authority.
• Review all variations and claim submissions.
• Ensure all quality system documentation required including Project Management Plan, Project Quality Plan and associated method statements, Work Procedures and Inspection & Test Plans are prepared.
• Approve the Project Management Plan, Project Quality Manual and other project specific documented procedures.
• Chair the Project Quality System Review meetings as required.
• Appoint staff to be responsible for control of documents and records, control of inspection, measuring and test equipment and control of temporary works design and construction.
• Ensure that are activities are carried out to the highest HSE & Quality standards.
• Negotiate price, special conditions and addenda with all sub-contractors including nominated sub-contractors and vet sub-contract documents.
• Agree Final Accounts with sub-contractors and the Client in conjunction with the Director.
• Ensure those bonds, warranties and guarantees required are obtained and submitted and/or retained in accordance with the Contract requirements.
• Review and agree sub-contractors’ interim payment certificates against works completed

Requirements:

- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or any related field.

- Min. 5 years of experience in project management.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Experience in the construction field.

- Willing to relocate to overseas

• Develop project charter consisting of project plan, budget & schedule.

• Provide project status report to steering committee and stakeholders.

• Allocate, arrange, review, and recommend resource allocation.

• Define and validate business needs and subsequently prioritize them.

• Highlight things that require approval via change management process i.e. process change, requirement change after sign-off, policy change, etc.

• Liaise between Vendor and Project team and act as point of contact.

• Ensure the project is run within allocated resources and within approved budget, any changes to be immediately highlighted to the steering committee.

• Deliver ERP solution considering various technology components.

Job Requirement

Education Qualification: Minimum a degree in IT or relevant field

Experience: 8 years in project management, experience in Mariapps will be an added advantage

• Responsible for the planning, execution and monitoring of ACMV projects according to schedule
• Manage a team of supervisors, workers and sub-contractors to ensure proper execution of works
• Fulfil required site administration
• Attend site meetings
• Carry out necessary actions to ensure smooth progression of site works
• Ensure timely submission of shop drawings, materials and as-built drawings
• Handover of site to client

Job Requirements:

• Possess the necessary knowledge in ACMV to carry out the works dutifully
• At least 2 years’ experience in ACMV or relevant field
• Able to read ACMV drawings
• Able to work in a team or independently
• Able to take initiative
