Administrative

1. To provide support to BD team by carrying out general administrative duties.
2. To assist and maintain proper and systematic documentation e-filing system for outgoing and incoming data.
3. To support and use of company internal ERP system to execute daily tasks.
4. To manage and track status of Project Quotation and Project Registration on company’s ERP system to ensure data are up-to-date and properly captured in the system.
5. To follow and ensure compliance to company's policies and procedures.

• Lead and prepare customer quotations and proposals
