• Assist Project Manager to oversee overall project progress, manpower and monitor project schedule
• Preparation of engineering detail design development for the project where applicable
• Able to carry out testing & commissioning and basic troubling shooting of the system
• Ensure project complete within the time frame
• Day to day site co-ordinations with main contractors and sub-contractors
• Prepare, plan and request site inspection with main contractor or RTO

• Develop a strategy for BIM implementation, outlining requirements, processes, workflows, and needs for the construction project.
• Plan, manage, and maintain 3D BIM data and content complexity to meet project deliverables.
• Lead and support the project's BIM coordination, including overseeing BIM modellers and the site team, as well as managing subcontractors' BIM teams.
• Create a training programme for design managers and engineers to enhance their use of BIM authoring tools.
• Collaborate with the project team to innovate and utilise advanced tools to address project challenges.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Architectural, Civil, Structural, or MEP Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in adopting and implementing BIM design authoring and collaboration technology tools in construction projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit 2018 or later versions, as well as 2D CAD and other visualisation and simulation applications.
