Our primary objective is to ensure that the established Resilience controls at the datacenters are functioning as intended through rigorous testing and exercising, including periods of change or special circumstances through tactical execution of the CO+I RVP. Collaborate with partners and Microsoft teams to ensure effective design of site-specific test scenarios, proactive identification of gaps, and lead the projects leading to timely resolution of these gaps throughout their lifecycle. Leverage knowledge of the leader's goals and approach to ensure team activities are aligned with the leader's objectives. Contribute to cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment. Partners with communications teams to land internal content. Gathers information to support development of storytelling content to articulate strategies, results and goals for internal and external forums. Analyzes CO+I RVP performance metrics to support accountability for the team in executing core business activities.

The selected candidate will work as part of a diverse team that focuses on the ongoing refinement and governance of the CO+I RVP tools, strategies, and protocols, ensuring alignment with Microsoft's standards, benchmarks, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a robust history of understanding, supporting and implementing global CO+I RVP session strategies. • Oversee and coordinate effective responses to Resilience Validation Program session findings across the region, ensuring capturing details to allow for minimal disruptions to the business in future events.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualification
