Overview

• Coordinates all maintenance activities including safe permit issuance, lockout-tagout preparation, GSAP approval, and supporting relevant parties to effectively complete the maintenance works as needed
• Actively prepare equipment from maintenance phase to commissioning of equipment to ensure the completed jobs function well
• Supports Capital Project/MOC activities in view of blanking, isolation, LOTO and flushing plans are followed to ensure safe handling

About the Department

The Group Finance Corporate Services (GFCS) has established a Business Risk & Control Management (BRCM) function to strengthen its operational risk management practices. A critical part of the BRCM mandate is to conduct independent control testing on key processes, identifying issues early and enhancing operational controls as needed. Daily Operations Duties

• Manage and maintain reconciliation system, including but not limited to static data updates, statement data upload and upstream data feeds monitoring.
