• Monitoring franchise costs in Singapore to adhere to predefined percentages, and sharing new products with Malaysia corporate stores and overseas franchise teams
• Collate orders from these regions and liaise with planners accordingly

Role Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Business Management / Administration, Commerce or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in procurement of buying activities within the FMCG
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word - VLOOKUP & Pivot tables, PowerPoint)
• Must demonstrate the capability to conduct meetings with suppliers independently.

Job Description:

• Develop, review and update all relevant company's data-related policies.
• Oversee the management and maintenance of a data request platform to facilitate data requests by company's staff and users, and put in place protocol that complies with relevant data access, sharing, and security policies.
• Serve as a point-of-contact to liaise with other company's institutions’ Data exchange officers and external parties for data request as well as to contribute to company’s analytics and digitalization effort.
• Collaborate with relevant departments/units to build staff literacy, competency, capabilities, and knowledge in safe, efficient, and effective data exploitation and management, as part of company's data strategy
• Manage a secretariat team to provide secretariat support to relevant company's committees.
• Lead change management, engagements, and communications with different levels of stakeholders, on issues pertaining to data management, data sharing, and data exploitation.

The Requirements

• Degree in Information Management, Management Information Systems, Communication, Business or related fields
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in business data management and governance, with interest in developing data strategy being a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with public healthcare operations with working knowledge of data management, handling, and governance, and the regulatory requirements pertaining to the usage and sharing of data will be an added advantage.
• Strong project management skill.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to get buy-in from stakeholders.
• Pro-active, resourceful, able to take challenges, work independently or as a team.
• Strong writing ability is highly desirable.
