RESPONSIBILITIES

Salesforce Data Management:

• Cleanse and deduplicate Salesforce records to maintain data accuracy and quality.
• Import, and export data in Salesforce as required.
• Assist in identifying and correcting data inconsistencies, redundancies, and discrepancies.

Web Data Collection:

• Conduct comprehensive web searches to gather relevant data from reliable sources.
• Utilize various tools and techniques to scrape websites and gather structured and unstructured data.
• Document sources and methods used to gather data for future reference.

Data Cleaning:

• Review datasets to identify and fix errors, omissions, or inconsistencies.
• Utilize tools and programming languages like Python, R for data wrangling tasks.
• Enhance the quality of raw data by eliminating irrelevant or redundant information.

Collaborate and Communicate:

• Work closely with the team to understand data needs.
• Regularly update and report to the supervisor on the progress and findings.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and feedback.

• Currently enrolling in a program related to Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools, Quick Sight etc., and data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, R, or SQL will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyse significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Qualification (Area of Specialisation, e.g. Social Work)
• Keen interest in working on topics related to CSR, ESG and Sustainable Development
• Interest in Ideation and facilitation
• Possess experience in corporate sustainability and/or strategy (good to have)

Sport Programme Manager (Healthy Workplace Ecosystem)

Industry: Sports & Fitness Service Provider for Government Agencies, Schools as well as Corporate Companies.
Working days: Mon - Fri
Working Hours: 930am - 6pm (On standby to acknowledge messages after working hours when necessary)
Working location: Ubi Ave 3, Singapore 408868
Salary: $3,500 to $5,000 [depends to experiences]

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing health and fitness activities in workplaces for working adults.
• Conduct regular venue visits/audits
• Content creation for festive/thematic activities
• Maintain close communication with stakeholders
• Ability to work with both in-house and external providers to ensure project success
• Monitor KPIs to ensure delivery of key project outcomes
• Generate monthly report for stakeholders
• Responsible for acknowledging messages in the HWE (Healthy Workplace Ecosystem) Facil group chat, triggering BAP cancellations and informing HPB after working hours.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution are welcome.
• To possess at least two to three years of relevant working experience
• Applicants who can start work immediately or at a short notice will have an advantage.
