JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities

• Support the project management for the system development and implementation activities
• Develop business process flows and obtain stakeholder sign-offs
• Facilitate process workflow modelling to collaborate on to-be state/process illustration and closing the gaps between workstreams
• Hold the pen to capture user requirements into features, user stories and acceptance criteria

Role Summary

Digital Transformation is at the heart of our client’s group strategy. The Single Platform Augmented Consumer Experience (SPACE) program is a cornerstone CRM program conceived to put consumer at the heart of this transformation which help us achieve consumer centricity, digital strategy and seamless experiential brands.
