• Prepare reports at the end of shift/week.
• Ensure stalls comply with all necessary hygiene, health and safety, and licensing requirements.
• · Monitor and control the supply levels of perishable and non-perishable items, plan a schedule for ordering and process orders using the e-PR system.
• You will be required to faithfully perform the duties of the position in which you are engaged in and any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time.

LOCATION / OTHERS:

• 6 days work week, non-rotating shift
• Working environment: Food Court/Coffee Shop

• Oversee the daily operations of outlet for efficient operations
• Work closely with the Area Manager on strategic business planning and operations
• Develop cost-effective operational plan to achieve outlet’s goals
• Ensure good and prompt service to satisfy customers' needs
• Ensure outlet compliance to all authority regulations including but not limited to hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety guidelines
• Ensure outlet compliance to Company’s regulations such as sales reporting, cash management and inventory controls
• Train and retain outlet staff
• Manpower recruitment and scheduling to achieve optimal productivity
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock when needed
• Analyse and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner
• Regular review to improve cleaning standards, food safety and sanitation
• Perform any duties which may be assigned from time to time from superior

Requirements:

• Able to work shift hours, weekends and Public Holiday (6 days a week)

· To create comprehensive project plans that include timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

· Ensure that workforce is effectively deployed to deliver the materials timely.

· To establish and maintain realistic project timelines, factoring all dependencies, monitor progress ensure meet the milestones, identify schedule delays, and propose corrective actions to meet deadlines.

· To participate site walk, prepare Bill of quantity and tendering.

· To negotiate contract with vendors, suppliers, and sub-contractors, ensuring favourable term and competitive pricing.

· To supervise and manage subcontractors, construction team and maintain labour productivity.

· To ensure quality control and assurance to ensure meet required specification and standard.

· To ensure safety aspects of daily works are adhered to and emphasized during toolbox meeting.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Secondary Certificate/Diploma in engineering or other equivalent.

· Minimum 8 years Site Manger work experiences.

· Applicants prefer to have certification in Building Construction Safety Supervisor.

· Experienced in handling multiple projects.

· Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous, Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
