• Strong knowledge of the shipping industry, including chartering and freight markets
• Experience as a Supramax/Dry Bulk Broker or in a similar role
• Negotiation, business acumen, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyse market data and trends to make informed decisions
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Business network and/or clients portfolio in the SEA market

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and industry-specific software
• 5 years of maritime in chartering/shipbroking or related background
