Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, customers, and internal teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct strategy review and prepare analysis report for and/or with clients, customers, and internal teams.

Risk Management and Problem-Solving:

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
• Troubleshoot project issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.

Strategic Planning and Continuous Improvement:

• Work with other departments e.g. Business Development Department to provide insight and inputs to help in achieving business goals.
• Contribute to the development of organizational project management strategies and long-term planning.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to project management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Marketing Communication.
• At least 5 Years of working experience in Digital Marketing Project Management.
