Responsibilities
- Manages and implements multiple HRMS projects (small to medium and large projects) simultaneously.
- Ensures that projects meet or exceed expectations by guiding all project activities to include, but not limited to, scheduling, scoping, configuring, testing, training, conducting user acceptance test and maintaining quality control.
- Analyses customer requirements, proposes system design, and prepares system demonstration environment and configuration.
- Partners with R&D team internally and with customer externally to design, test, and maintain any necessary integrations, as well as to ensure existing interfaces continue to run smoothly and provide accurate results.
- Provides proactive, strategic system consulting services representing HR-owned data.
- Provides knowledge and best practices on the system functionality.
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Technical Skills and Competencies
- IT Degree/Diploma or major in Information Technology or related area
- Minimum 1 year working experience HRMS Project Implementation.
- Familiar with Human Resources related processes
- Familiar with Singapore statutory leave policy, CPF computation.
- Good knowledge of Singapore statutory leave policy, overtime policy, CPF, SDL, Fund computation is a plus.
- Basic SQL knowledge for the checking data in database.
- Basic Excel functions for the Data Migration/Clean up.
- Candidates with fluent English skills and experience in multinational environments are preferred for effective cross-cultural communication and collaboration.
