The Sales & Advisory Business Execution Lead Analyst is senior member of the Asia South Investment Advisory Team. The role is a seasoned professional who applies in-depth knowledge to drive improvement of investments sales & advisory processes and work-flow. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the investment sales & advisory function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area of investent sales & advisory are directly affected by the performance of the individual.

Responsibilities:

• Management of specific investment advisory artifacts with inputs from various internal partners
• Work with key control stakeholders and other internal partners to streamline investment sales & advisory process.
• Deliverables include elevating internal client (Bamkers and Investment Counselors) and external client experience related to investment sales & advisory process.
• Work with internal partners to support project management of strategic initiatives to improve processes and risk management.
• Sharp and concise presentation of key business intelligence and strategi initiatives to obtain buy-in from key stakeholders and keep them updated.
• Work with key control stakeholders and other internal partners to effectively manage risks in the investment sales & advisory process through systemic controls and where systemic controls are not viable, through effective operational controls.
• Foster and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, support, testing and development team members
• Identify key project risks, whether stated or not, and manage to resolution or escalate accordingly
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years relevant experience in investment products, and investment sales & advisory processes
• Required skills include project management, quantitative aptitude, and the ability to effectively synthesize and communicate complex business issues through concise presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills to oversee cross disciplinary work streams.
• Extensive project management and strategic analysis experience.
• Interest and experience in the financial services industry, in particular in the areas of wealth management and investent products

JOB DESCRIPTION (ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)

• Perform route mapping and navigation testing
• Assists in setting up the servers and other peripherals needed for robot operations
• Execute hardware and system upgrade or modification
• Provide technical support to the Service Team for Tier 3 - Software and System issues whenever necessary
• Conduct training to the Product Operators and Service Team for the newly setup system, equipping them with product operations and basic troubleshooting knowledge
• Coordinates with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and providing regular progress reports
• Escalate higher level issue whenever necessary

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong background in Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV)
• Familiarity in mechanical/electrical hardware installation, setup and troubleshooting
• Familiarity in system/network installation, setup and troubleshooting
• Familiarity in AutoCAD, ElcoCAD and any other design and planning software
• Familiarity of LINUX (Ubuntu) System and software troubleshooting will be an added advantage
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical / electrical prints and other related technical documentation
• Strong working knowledge of equipment, tools and components used in the industry
