Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for project planning and coordination processes of naval customers assigned
• Possess good reporting, documentation and postmortem skills to top management and naval customers
• Good leadership skills and team player to manage a team of project engineers and engagement with cross functional teams (i.e. supply chain, finance, top management)
• Strong ability to communicate, develop and maintain strong customer relationship and satisfaction with naval clients on all levels

Requirements:

• Degree in engineering, or equivalent
• Professional certification PMP is preferred but not a must.
• Strong knowledge of integrated navigation systems, navigation sensors, platform management, and maritime surveillance systems
• At least 3-5 years of relevant project management experience (preferably in naval defense and/or maritime industry; Ex-navy personnel added advantage)
