Day-to-Day Activities for Consultant

•Support with HR transformation projects including HR business process design and HR strategy initiatives

Business Development Duties:

• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify market trends, conditions, and opportunities for business growth.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement business development strategies.
• Engage in marketing and business development activities, maintaining relationships with existing clients while securing new opportunities.
• Assist in project management to ensure successful execution and alignment with business goals.
• Participate in external communications and relationship keeping under the instruction of Group CRO & Co Group CFO
• Prepare presentations for business development activities.
• Assist Ad hoc projects such as Summit, offsites, shareholder/other Chinese delegates visits.
• Facilitate communication and help translation with China related parties, shareholders, partners, and Chinese Associations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an administrative or personal assistant role, with a experience doing business development
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin to communicate with our chinese stakeholders
• General knowledge of CCS products and services
• Market research and business paper drafting
• Public speaking and presentation skills to articulate stratrey to business stakeholders

2. Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing regional contract business team to ensure the achievement of overall business goals.
3. Drive the expansion of regional contract channels and implement effective KOL strategies to establish a seamless pipeline from B2B partnerships to B2C user acquisition.
4. Oversee and execute marketing and promotional activities in alignment with headquarters’ directives, ensuring successful implementation in the region.
