Job Scope:

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, client and subcontractor management, design adherence, budget control, and sourcing materials. A.Time Line Management

• Develop comprehensive project timelines and manage order of project fabrication.

D.Procurement and Supplier Coordination

• Procure materials, furnishings, and other project items according to the design specifations provided by the design team.
• Coordinate with sellers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
• Negotiate pricing and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure alignment with project budgets and timelines.

E.Design Adherence

• Ensure that design standards are met and maintained, applying creative problem-solving to address fabrication challenges.

F.Subcontractor Coordination
