Business Process Consultants are trusted advisors to client stakeholders, leveraging their expertise in ServiceNow to optimize business processes and drive meaningful transformation. As a Business Process Consultant, you will play a critical role in defining the needs of customers for their ServiceNow implementations. · Lead functional discovery and functional process workshops / working sessions

· Gathering business requirements and translate them into workable solution specifications
