• Assist in (i) the design and development of software solutions for Building Management System (BMS) including chiller systems, HVAC, security, fire alarm and etc, (ii) preparation of P&ID diagram related to the chiller system and its BMS, and (iii) In writing, debugging and testing of the code to control and integrate with the existing BMS system.
• Collaborate with engineering team to gather requirements and specification of BMS.
• Develop and maintain manuals of the developed BMS system including codes, logic diagrams and system configurations.

Summary

Senior Accountant fulfils an integral transactional and reporting function in Deloitte’s Business Process Solutions (“BPS”) team. This role encompasses all aspects of accounting from Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory recording, Cash Management, Fixed assets, Monthly Account Reconciliations, Credit Analysis, Payroll and other special projects as needed. Key job responsibilities
The OEM Business Manager has a dual responsibility to:

1) Lead the sourcing, selection, contract negotiation and management of one or more EMS suppliers in alignment with the overarching EMS strategy and within the Integrated Management System. Services, Line Readiness, Quality, Business Management, Contract management and adherence, delivery, cost and social responsibility.

Technical - Solid understanding of the EMS supplier landscape and capabilities in addition to Digital Device technologies and manufacturing / testing methodologies. Understanding of Capital Equipment supplier landscape and capabilities.

Negotiation Skills – Able to negotiate best in class contract pricing, terms and conditions on large contracts with suppliers who are exceptionally skilled at protecting thin margins. Exercise good judgement in knowing when and how best to address issues or drive change. In the case of an ODM relationship lead all commercial discussions.

Contract Management – Ensure that the suppliers execute and adhere to the contracts and renegotiate whenever possible to realize benefits from bundling work with Strategic Suppliers. This is not limited to dollars but being able to protect Amazon’s bottom line in all aspects – IP, indemnity, confidentiality, etc. as these are all crucial to how Amazon is able to have successful launches (products that “wow” the customer). Financial – Responsible for managing the business relationship including contracts, pricing, terms and conditions and claims. Must be an effective negotiator. The value of these supplier engagements can reach the billion-dollar level.
