Overview

Apollo is seeking an individual to join the Institutional Client Group (ICG) to lead the business management function. This role will be working closely with the CPS COO organization and the Head of APAC Institutional Client Group on day-to-day business management, coordinating initiatives across both the APAC ICG and broader Capital Formation functions, and managing a cadence of operating rhythms and routines for the business.

This role will also provide a centralized point of connectivity in driving team co-ordination across the globe, and support development of fundraising strategies across the different pillars of capital formation internally. The role includes involvement in the strategic priorities for the firm and the region and is expected to be a transformational learning opportunity for a high-potential candidate.

The individual must possess high EQ as they will interact with a variety of constituents, manage an array of priorities on a day-to-day basis and must be able to respond quickly and accurately on time-sensitive deliverables. Primary Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution

• Partner closely with ICG COO/Global COO team and APAC Head of ICG in the development and execution of strategic business plans for institutional fundraising in the region.
• Oversee and ensure progress on team initiatives and projects that serve to optimize the sales model, ensure best practice to achieve sales excellence, establish and drive regional market business plans, go to market strategies for new products.
• Ensure consistent updates, manage business reporting cadence, and help drive progress and execution.

Coordination & Business Management

• Provide input into Asia regional reporting. Manage the weekly/monthly/quarterly machine including all internal capital formation, product, and senior management meetings. Anticipate issues, manage agendas, and track follow ups.
• Work closely with the head of Asia and the Asia regional COO team to ensure goals and initiatives are aligned across the region and that critical information is shared and captured in real time.
• Work with marketing to coordinate content/client-engagement at conferences/events, and broader branding events in the region.
• Track both business and individual KPIs and assist the head of ICG in performance management of the broader sales team.
• Own reporting process for Asia sales team (ad hoc and regular) for sales pipelines, capital raising, activity tracking, etc.

Group Management Reporting

Purpose of Role

The Portfolio Relationship Manager is responsible for engaging with existing and prospective tenants to promote the portfolio’s workspace, community and experience of the future. The APAC Network DMZ Services team is responsible for end to end engineering and deployment of DMZ services within the bank. Team provides end-to-end network security infrastructure solutions for internal clients, lines of business and external 3rd parties.

1. Correspondence with the residents to assist the Management Council (MC) to perform duties and responsibilities of the Management Corporation as described in the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA). Relieves the Management Council of the day-to-day worries and involvement.

2. Is the overall in charge of maintaining the records filed in the management office pertaining to the land and buildings, maintenance and servicing contracts and accounting data for all occupants.

3. Ensure that all contracts for cleaning, maintenance, security, mechanical services, etc are complied with, and supervised as necessary and renewed on a timely basis.

4. Supervise all building maintenance and recommend repairs and maintenance to the MC as required.

6. Call tenders/quotations for building service contracts and repair works wherever necessary.

7. Carry out all legal requirements of the land and buildings, including responding to any queries by the relevant government authorities and involved parties.

Responsibilities

· Set up data pipelines for an ETL process. This involves sourcing vendors’ data, cleaning, transforming and structuring data into databases.

· Productionise computation code from researchers.

· Monitor computation runs and collaborate with the business team to verify outputs.

· Maintain the AWS cloud infrastructure supporting the ETL and computation processes.

· Develop tools and reports to validate computation outputs.

· Ensure the resulting code is readable, robust (with automated tests), efficient, modular and expandable for new computations.

· Ensure the computation code is streamlined and can run with minimal oversight.

Requirements

· 5+ years of work experience in a technical field.
