JOB SUMMARY

• The role holder will be accountable for business change and transformation of the Transaction Banking business and core business enablement initiatives. • Collaborate with TB Finance and agree on key metrics to measure success and to ensure successful implementation of sales enablement program

Strategy and Execution

• Support the TB business change agenda.
• Execute a business-aligned enablement change plan (including KPIs to ensure the initiatives are embedded and adopted).
• Drive excellence in business enablement, through identifying and delivering business success requirements. Monitor and report on the realisation of benefits from the enablement initiatives, supporting them in meeting objectives.
