• Management of Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) account of overseas customers and domestic customers.

Position Summary:

Coordinate responses to customer inquiries for spare parts requirements and facilitates delivery problem resolution. Coordinate collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data and/or information regarding delivery of spare parts, provisioning products or related services. • Maintain Pipeline health on part usage/demand on existing contract, program, etc. in collaboration with Customer, Sales, Planner, etc.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
