Minimum Requirements:

• Fluent in Vietnamese to converse with clients in Vietnam
• Experienced in engaging with business stakeholders, including C-Level executives

Preferred Requirements:

• Strong business acumen, account planning and industry research skills
• Strong prospecting skills and ability to find and grow business in new and existing accounts
• Sales-focused, strategic thinking with a bias towards action
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results

• Create leads and build relationships to drive sales of the curriculum package or learning program
• Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and customize solutions.
• Present and demonstrate the value of the curriculum package to potential clients.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance goals.
• Follow up with clients to encourage attendance at trial classes.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 3 years of Cold calling or Lead generation experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
