What You Will Be Doing

• Manage complex projects and complete deliverables across APAC i.e. scope, budget.
• Facilitate daily team's status meeting on Scrum.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Manage relationships with third parties/vendors/clients/stakeholders.
• Minimize project risk while managing the different changes in scope and schedules.

What You Should Have

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of System/Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is a must.
• Knowledge in Agile and Scrum is a must.
• Experience in JIRA and MS Suites.
• Certified in Agile, ScrumMaster, PMP or PRINCE2.

• Responsible for overall planning functions and implementation of project schedules.
• Create construction programmes for medium to large-scale projects.
• Handle all schedules, collecting actual data (progress, manpower and equipment deployment) and evaluating project progress.
• Keep records for all significant events relevant to contractual claims/obligations.

• Act as Consultant/Subject Matter Expert in the domains of planning and production to the broader HP and Mpa audience.
• Leads solution design for mid- and long-term planning and production challenges based on deep business understanding.
• Leads planning and production Plan of Record, drives implementation according to plan.
• Leads communication regarding E2E planning and production performance during market share and quarter end.
