Job Overview: Apexia is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base. Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the professional and corporate services industry.
• Proven experience in selling or handling accounting, corporate secretarial, or related services.
• Strong track record of successfully acquiring new clients and managing sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and meet targets.
• A deep understanding of the corporate services industry and the needs of clients in areas such as accounting and corporate secretarial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

• Lead the tender team to prepare tender submission for new building construction projects.
• Handle tender works and provide the directions on planning, construction technique, quality of tender submission documents, risk and issue management, tender price negotiation with suppliers and subcons for finalization.
• Check tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria.
• Manage the presentations, risk matrix, information to top management to get approval for bidding.
• Prepare technical & commercial bids as per the tender requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board.
• At least 7 years as a Project Manager experience in tendering of new Building Construction Projects in Singapore for Mega Projects.
• Strong knowledge in all aspects of construction projects including budgeting, and scheduling and able to understand project implications.
