The Business Development Manager role consists of helping to define and rollout the Global Publishing offering of MOBKOI together with the Global strategy while informing and supporting the wider team. The Business Development Manager for Southeast Asia will report directly into the Global VP, Publishing and it will have the following responsibilities:

● Working with the Global VP of Supply to build a Business Development strategy for extension, diversification, and management of publisher partnership portfolio (working with premium publishers like SPH, Mediacorp, Condé Nast, Hearst, BBC, Bloomberg, Future PLC, Forbes, Bustle and hundreds more…)

● Building a commercial structure with the VP to strengthen the relationships with key publishers and drive more revenues to our partners

● Growing Mobkoi’s access to premium inventory sources whilst strategically working on developing new opportunities to locally sourced publishers

● Negotiation and management of partnership agreements

● Supporting the Global Sales and Campaign Management teams

● Managing existing and developing new publisher relationships

● Pitching and management of Mobkoi Creative Studio offering

● Working with our key partners to help drive revenue and understand what their capabilities are whilst ensuring Mobkoi teams are kept up to date

● Upkeep and management of CRM to ensure all data is available to teams

● Consistently looking at ways to optimise operational efficiencies and communication between Business development team and internal stakeholders

● Establishing Mobkoi’s position in the market as the go-to supplier for premium creative builds

● Independently working on team projects and business objectives

Key Skills & Competencies

● Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Digital advertising industry (media agency, client side or digital publisher)

● A strong list of Publisher contacts across the Digital ecosystem

M&A within ERM Global has a core technical team of over 50+ technical consultants delivering technical due diligence out of EMEA, USA and APAC. We often work in close collaboration with our global ESG and EHS due diligence teams, to provide a holistic due diligence service to our client.

This role is to support expansion of ERM Singapore as the Southeast Asia (SEA) Hub and will be based at our Singapore office.

As a Managing / Principal Consultant, you will be expected to:

• Lead delivery of proposals, which will include development of our company profile, technical scopes of work, scheduling and commercial terms;
• Assist / lead on projects that provide our clients with a technical, operational and business plan evaluation of their proposed investment on infrastructure assets;
• Lead the coordination of typical project deliverables such as Q&A submission, management sessions, client meetings and report delivery;
• Work effectively across technical communities within ERM and subcontractors who are identified as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support project delivery and client interaction; and
• Complete internal development tasks to improve the functionality of ERM’s Transaction Advisory service line.

Job Requirements and Skills :

Essential:

• A solid academic background with an engineering bias (for example, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering).
• 8 to 15 years of technical consulting, technical due diligence, lenders, buyers, sellers transaction advisory, engineering and operational experience during your career within the power, solar, renewable energy and/or infrastructure sectors.
• Must have experience with Solar PV systems, battery storage systems, operational performance reviews, technology review, energy yield assessment, financial model review and cost estimations.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to identify technical risks and opportunities within technical documentation and due diligence processes.
• Experience with site visits, site inspections and technical discussions, relating to asset integrity, operational performance, management systems and/or business plans.
• Demonstrates excellent organisational skills, self-motivation, self-sufficiency and the ability to work successfully in a fast turnaround team environment.
• Must be able to promote and execute quality work, and ensure high standards are being achieved by yourself and the team.
• Must exhibit advanced report writing and presentation skills. Experience in a client facing role.

Desirable:

• IT Experience with software such as PVsyst, Homer, Matlab, etc.
• Management of previous external client projects.
• Experience with decarbonization strategies and technologies.
• Experience reviewing EPC contracts, Financial Models, design and specifications, budgets for industrial projects.
• The ability to lead or manage complex project delivery coordinating multiple workstreams into client deliverables.
• The ability to travel domestic and overseas to perform site visits when required.
• Corporate finance qualification.
• Knowledge of current, reasonable costs associated with Capex (Capital Expense) and Opex (Operational Expense) for engineering assets / projects.
