• Familiar with Immigration Checkpoints & Authority ("ICA") for application cases and handle the creation of SOLAR+ accounts.
• Provide support to recruitment team on preparation of admission documents and hosting student enquiries online and on-site.
• Participate in all student recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events.
• Maintain a database of student information, student feedbacks in order to generate student reports whenever required.
• Provide administrative support as assigned by the Admissions Manager, and Director of Student Recruitment & Admissions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree qualification in Business Administration or related field.
• 2 years of relevant working experience in a private education institution.
• Highly organised, meticulous, able to prioritise and multitask.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to be operationally hands-on, proactive mindset, and committed to delivering results within stipulated timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to drive marketing and business development strategies.
• Identify high-growth areas and expand brand identity in China and beyond.
• Recruit, train, and establish good working relations with agents for student recruitment.
• Establish partnerships with educational institutions and colleges, both locally and overseas.
• Participate in educational exhibitions, open houses, and roadshows for agents & student recruitment activites.
• Conduct pre-course counselling for prospective students and attend to enquiries.
• Collaborate closely with departmental stakeholders to support, implement, and execute student recruitment plans.
• Provide support for other assignments as directed by the HOD and President.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree qualification in Business Administration or related field.
• 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a private education institution.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
