• MUST have 10 years of experience in construction including some project experience in Singapore.
• MUST have 5–7 years of experience in tendering, project management, or pre-construction planning within the construction industry.
• Experienced and able to do tender for Commercial Projects (Offices, Shopping Centre’s, Mixed Use Developments etc.)
• Handle the technical aspects of the tender.
• Able to troubleshoot
• Possess good leadership, planning and management skills
• Able to communicate with people of different levels, departments and nationalities.
• Office-based with occasional travel to project sites or client meetings.
