Purpose and Scope

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a vital role that collaborates closely with the Division HR Head and business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. The HR Business Partner is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for serving as a consultative business partner to senior managers within assigned business groups.
