Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the town council administration and operations
• Be one of the key officers for the town council
• Report to the Town Council Chairman and serve MPs of the Town Council
• Lead a team of around 70 staff to administer and manage the town council affairs efficiently and effectively according to the contract specifications
• Play a critical role in enabling the town council to execute and implement policies, projects, and initiatives to enhance the living environment and the quality of life in the public housing estates
• Achieve financial targets set by the company
• Maintain customer relations and ensure targets set by the Town Council are achieved
• Assist the team in growing the township business

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management/Real Estate Management/Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 10 years of township/facilities management experience with at least 5 years at senior management level
