Responsibilities

The Project & Safety Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and completing project & safety administrative activities assigned, including but not limited to handling project documentation, monitoring project schedules and progress and communicating with the project stakeholders.

You will report to the Operations Director and will assist with preparing, submitting and managing all project & safety documentation to comply with internal and external requirements. You will work closely with the Project Managers, Safety Managers and the Operations team.
