JOB DESCRIPTION

• To manage, lead and control multi-projects.

• To collect feedback on customer’s experience or products quality issues and report to Product Design Team for product improvement.

• The IT Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for supporting company users in utilizing the IT applications to execute their business functions.

1. Prepare Standard Quotation Forms for Cost Estimation in line with tender scope/summary
2. Assist BD in preparation and submission of tender documents (e.g. Fill-in Tender Forms, Contractors particulars & Technical Data (Upon receipt from PICs) as per Tender Format
3. Prepare Hard Copy/Soft Copy of Bid with necessary supporting documents as per submission requirement as instructed by BD
4. Quantity take-off, materials sourcing, measuring, and estimating materials and labor costs used in the tendering process.
