RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, propose and evaluate new business opportunities for business growth, with respect to the sale/purchase of refining products including procurement of intermediate components for value-added feedstock/blending entities, and third-party service collaboration.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Attend to Client’s site surveys, meetings and maintain constant contact/communication regarding project works (In progress and new)

The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) (Train-and-Place with Commitment to Hire) for Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing Executives/Professionals is a talent development programme aimed at building the next generation of skilled manpower for Singapore’s Biopharmaceuticals manufacturing industry in anticipation of hiring demand.

What will you do?

• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of SAP master data, mainly, Material Master, BOM, Master Recipe and Production Version based on input from Local Business Owners of various functions
• Participate in relevant SAP Master Data Forum
• Identify continuous improvement/best practices opportunities
• Assist Business Process Manager in providing site SAP system related support, including:
  Identify, propose and implement improvements to SAP
  Provide SAP system support
  Manage SAP system change (e.g. change request, testing, training)
  Support projects when needed with both local and global teams
• Work in collaboration with Quality Assurance to establish and maintain high standards of cGMP for site SAP activities in compliance with GSK and regulatory standards
  Ensure inspection readiness at all times
  Support regulatory audits/inspections
• Comply with appropriate safety regulations and policies

The person will be responsible for

1) Prepare & compile Monthly Progress Claim for all the projects;

2) Prepare & submit Variation Order for all projects where applicable;

3) Quantity Take-off;

4) Assist in monitoring & compilation of all ISO 9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 documentation for Audit & BCA Accreditation;

5) Any others relevant task that maybe assign from time to time

Qualifications : Diploma in related field;

Experience : Fresh or 2 years relevant experience will be added advantage;

Responsibilities:

• Lead full spectrum of Project Management including Overall Procurement, Construction, Manpower Planning, Testing and Commissioning.
• Involve work force arrangement for Plumbing, Sanitary , Gas and Precast yard services.
• Budget and Cost Control.
• Preparation of Progress Claims.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: O level, A Level, ITE or equivalent
• Years of experience: At least 3 years of Project Management or equivalent experience in related field (Construction)
• Skills: Capable to converse in English, Mandarin or local dialect. Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and documentation. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of maintaining strong relationships. Attention to details under pressure and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
