Primary Objective(s)

• This position is responsible for effective handling of Spot-Bid / Tenders from customers and aligning opportunities with the company’s strategic objectives
• Provide leadership on pricing process, standards and quality to ensure complete and competitive pricing

Duties and Responsibilities

• Translate and cascade customer’s pricing instructions into RFQ pricing instructions for involved country pricing teams
• Checking for completeness and correctness of submissions in accordance to customer requirements
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including local office teams to ensure timely responses on pricing offers
• Reviews and benchmark pricing received from the countries to ensure competitive submission to the customer
• Handle pricing enquiries from countries
• Comprehensive translation from internal pricing file to external customer file
• Ensure timely, competitive and complete submission of RFQ rate cards and other requirements
• Monitor and follow up on bid status and results
• Support agreed pricing process, data quality and compliance
• Upload pricing team’s performance and support pricing head in the quality assessment of the countries
• Work with and keep updated with pricing relevant software
• Update an maintain RFQ tracker in internal reports and management system

Skills and Experience

• At least a diploma in logistics and supply chain management or relevant
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in logistics or supply chain
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, V/H-Lookup etc)
• Good project management skills to stay on top of multiple deadlines for multiple bids in parallel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to properly engage with country pricing teams of different cultural backgrounds
• Strong analytical mind ideally paired with operational experience to be able to quickly understand and challenge country bid input
• Ability to work under pressure to cope with periods of high workload and tight timelines
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities:

• Manage BTO projects and meet project schedule deadline
• Planning of materials and delivery to site
• Study engineering drawings
• Project scheduling
• Attend site meetings and coordination of works

Requirement:

• Working experience as a Project Engineer in metal works
• Diploma in Engineering field with at least 1 year of experience
• Engineering Graduates without experience are welcome to apply
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
• Lots of initiatives, and leadership skills
• Great time and organisational skills
• The ability to explain design ideas and plans clearly
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work within budgets and to deadlines
• Ability to schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Plan and direct the organisation’s strategic and long-range goals.
• Design/Revise the organisation’s business strategies and long-range goals through plan-do-check-act activities.
• Drive regular business reviews, conduct proactive data analysis on all metrics, including monthly targets, financials, budgets, staff, audit reports, etc.
• Strategic planning including the development of strategic plans, associated research, analysis, and presentation.
• Conduct competitive market research, including analyzing the industry and competitive landscapes, compiling regional business intelligence, and utilizing market data to identify and communicate actionable opportunities and trends.
• Work with internal & external stakeholders to identify strategic priorities, develop initiatives, and build long-term strategic plans to drive growth.
• Support and coordination with other department and teams.

Job Requirements:

Highly Required:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution majoring in business, finance, accounting, marketing, economics or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in strategy planning and/or development positions, preferably in a fast paced and dynamic business environment.
• A proven track record in evaluating growth strategies and speaking with senior stakeholders.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• A keen mind and willingness to learn.
• Strategic thinker with networking aptitude.
• Must have strong PC skills, including advanced knowledge of MS Office(Excel/PowerPoint/Word) and intermediate level database skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Good to have:

• Proficiency in spoken and written Korean will be an added advantage.
• Experience of e-waste or battery recycling industry.
• Take initiates and able to motivate team members for improvement.

Job Responsibilities
• Generate the basic ISO drawings including bill of materials
• Interpret Piping, Structural, Tankage, Equipment drawings
• To understand Scope of work, Contractual Obligation and follow up
• Identifying project issue and generate technical queries to client
• Site preparation and co-ordination, preparation of submission documents
• Coordinate & liaise with various related parties including customer, consultants, sub-contractor on site to ensure project requirement are met.
• Coordinate the safety management system on site
• Manage work fronts and works deployment timely with project team
• Generate project schedule, and resources planning
• Generate method of statement and risk assessment

Job Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Preferably with at least 3 years’ experience in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industries
• Proficiencies in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project, Power Point)
• Experience in Planning & familiar with Planning software tools, Primavera (P6), Autocad shall be added value
• Have driving license will be advantage

Responsibilities

• Full process of the recruitment cycle
• Liaising and working closely with hiring managers / directors to understand their recruitment needs and develop the adequate talent acquisition strategies to meet these needs
• Identifying manpower recruitment issues with viable proposals on recruitment initiatives to meet the desired outcomes
• Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate portals, sourcing from talent search databases and social media, etc
• Participating in career fairs, internship programmes, and other recruitment projects
• Conduct preliminary screening of candidates which may include conducting interviews; arranging and coordinating interviews with the hiring managers / directors

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate adaptability in understanding the nature of work of all the different functions in Facilities Management and of the other businesses of the Group, so as to be able to recruit effectively
• Minimum Diploma in any discipline; Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a Human Resources major is a distinct advantage
• Good understanding and knowledge of Singapore labour laws and fair employment guidelines
• 2 years or more proven experience in a Human Resource role with recruitment responsibilities is a distinct advantage
• Strong in written and verbal communication, and Office / HR software suites literacy
• Able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills while maintaining professionalism in challenging situations

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Project Supervisor is responsible for supervising the set-up, maintenance and safe and efficient operations of equipment used for moving cargo onto the transportation. He/she is also responsible for overseeing checks on the rigging or mechanised equipment.

He is required to supervise rigging and lifting operations, be observant and perform quality checks for the operation. He is also expected to supervise general or project transport operations and activities including planning and scheduling manpower and transportation resources and executing of transportation operations. He/she is also responsible for preparing and documenting operations reports.

He is also expected to work longer hours, and maintain communications with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, custom brokers and others involved in the project operations to accomplish his work.

REQUIREMENT

• Certificate in Logistics Services, Professional Diploma or its equivalent
• Have a Class 3 driving license
• With 2 years of project operations experience
• Possess forklift certification and able to train others on forklift operations
