As a Senior/Business Analyst of the Digital Solutions department, your responsibilities include:

Change Management and Implementation Committee (CMIC)

• Facilitate monthly meeting as the secretariat.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop agendas and manage change requests, ensuring thorough documentation, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement in the change management process.

Business Process Improvement

• Proactively seek to understand organisation’s direction, structure and strategy.
• Conduct feasibility studies and document findings, from a technological and organisational perspective.
• Lead the business process analysis, review, improvement or re-engineering in liaison with business users.
• Manage functional work process/workflow and carry out gap analysis.

• Identify lower-level use cases and requirements through decomposition of functional requirements.

Requirements:
