# Job Summary:

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing design of detail drawings, idea designs; for a construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

# Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Develop the Project Planning: Develop the Design Details, liaise with the consultants; and implement project plans, including setting goals, objectives, and timelines.

2. Site Management: Manage construction sites, including supervising contractors, subcontractors, and laborers.

3. Budgeting and Cost Management: Establish and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

4. Quality Control: Ensure that construction projects meet quality standards, including conducting site inspections and monitoring work progress.

5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects, including ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

6. Stakeholder Management: Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.

7. Project Closure: Ensure that construction projects are completed and closed out, including obtaining final inspections and certifications.

# Requirements:

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

2. Professional Certification: Professional certification in Construction Management, such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).

Experience:

1. Minimum 5 Years: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, including experience with construction planning, budgeting, and quality control.

2. Construction Industry Experience: Experience working in the construction industry, including experience with construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Skills:

1. Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience with stakeholder management and conflict resolution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales Representative is the direct interface to the customer, responsible for coordination of all activities and projects with customers.

• Analyzing and developing the customer base including segmentation, identifying potential and specific needs.

• Develop and implement renewable project sales strategy and account plan with the customers and influencers in the defined regional area.

• Develop new projects and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, authorities, and business associations in the renewable energy business.

• Identify market segments for sales opportunity and Marketing to generate demand to maximize result. New customer acquisition in within your responsible region.

• Coordinates the assigned project sales activities and implements all activities related to projects.

• Responsible for customer and end-user relations/ Relationship management

• Design customer specific solutions and & offers.

• Sales Negotiation and Selling. Reach at least set turnover targets under consideration of resources and ideal customer mix.

• Ensure that the customer's need for solutions, quotation and products are met promptly.

• General project sales skills in Cable or Renewable energy industry.

Requirements:

• Preferred 1-2 years' work experience in the sales or technical sales position. Fresh graduate can be consider.

• Proven record in sales/ marketing/ business development in Cable or Renewable energy industry is preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, customer service and communication skills.

• Good command of English & Mandarin.

DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES

Business Development

• New used equioment business development: Identify and pursue new used heavy equipment business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with cuatomers to foster long-term loyalty and repeat busniess.
• Intenal Coordination: Ensure agreement with cuatomers are executed by to communicate with the factory/th sales team in Japan and Germany.
• Sales Perfomance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, identify trens and take corrective action as needed.
• Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forcasts to support business planning and resource allocation.

Marketing

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new busniess opportunities, aanalyze competitor activities nd understand customers needs.
• Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customers engagement.
• Brand Management: Protect and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging and marketing initiatives.
• Digital Marketing: Leverage digital marketing channels (eg; websites, social media, SEO) to reach target audiences and drive online sales.
• Event Management: Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows and conferences to promote the company and its products.

Job Responsibilties

• Coordinating all O&M and plant outage activities to achieve safe, reliable and efficient operation of the Power Station
• Supporting and liaising with relevant Asset/Operation departments for long term power station turnaround planning
• Assist to implement modern O&M practices, tools and techniques for safe, reliable and efficient Power Station operation
• To fully develop and utilize the CMMS for efficient and effective O&M Planning practice and co-ordination with service provider for license management, backup, individual account management and software upgrade
• Fully utilizing the CMMS to ensure all O&M activities and experiences are recorded to comply with Station, legislative and company policy requirements
• To assist fully with and help implement all HSE practices and a Quality Management System as applied to the Power Station
• Perform review on maintenance plans, monthly maintenance report and consolidation of planned and unplanned outage reports
• Review the completeness and organize the filing of departmental documentations
• Additional tasks and responsibilities given by power plant management
• Provide close and constant liaison between operations and maintenance through the individual coordinators
• Provide data expert analysis and advise on maintenance / operations performance
• Responsible to track , safe keeping of the necessary documentation of “ Management of Change” and ensures the process is closed and updated the changes in CMMS & O&M manuals accordingly
• Preferably with MAXIMO, SAP & PREMAVERA and Microsoft project experience
• Organizing the meetings with 3rd party vendors & MMA( Major Maintenance Agreement) meeting

Job Requirements

• Degree / Diploma graduate in relevant engineering field
• Knowledge on operation and maintenance activities of Combined Cycle Power Plant
• Knowledge on project management and resource planning
• Knowledge in maintaining maintenance record in CMMS
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Power Plant Maintenance ideally on a CCPP (any manufacturing industry)
• Experience involvement in technical aspects of Power Plant operation and maintenance
• The post holder shall be medically fit and able to undertake the duties of the post and any additional duties as detailed in the Power Station Emergency Response Plan
• Plant availability, plant reliability, work order performance and outage duration
• Administrator for Power Station CMMS system
• Work in all areas of the plant site (both indoor & outdoor environment)
