Job Responsibilities:

• Provide all administrative support to Project Lead
• Coordinate with purchasing for the invoices.
• Coordinate with other department on behalf of the project manager to provide any information required.
• Responsible for documentations and filling during initiation and transition phases of project and set up a proper filing system.
• Coordinate submission of documents to client and relevant authorities and maintaining document transmittals.
• Support in Project Weekly, Monthly meetings.

Description:

• Handle full spectrum of project management, lead and manage site staff.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project schedules.

• Review project plans and specifications, feedback on the design, scheduling, and cost-saving measures and identify potential construction problems.

• Conduct regular technical / site/coordination meetings to ensure time, cost, and quality targets are fully met.

• Prepare project deficiency lists and monitor projects towards timely completion according to schedule.

• Perform risk management, and enforce site safety standards are in order.

Requirements:

• Diploma or ITE Certificate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or higher qualifications.

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.

• Monitor the project schedule and manage daily operations, setting short- and long-term goals, coordinating with other contractors.
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure contract compliance and adherence to completion timelines.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors, attending regular meetings to ensure project progress.

• Oversee quality control, safety, and EHS practices on-site, identifying high-risk activities before construction and approving Method Statements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, recognized by the Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB).
• At least 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in LTA, roadworks, MRT, and viaduct projects.

Mandatory Skills

Job Description:

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience on large complex projects, preferably in Banking customer access domain.
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with technical development, design and debugging, preferably Identity Access Management software.
• Strong experience on Java,J2EE ,Spring boot & Spring MVC framework.
